Amy Vanover is a nutritionist and health coach with extensive training and education to inspire and support integrative health through wellness and nutrition awareness. She is enthusiastic and compassionate and strives to develop strategies that motivate her clients to reach their health goals and improve their quality of life. Her experience in health management, interpersonal relationships, and organizational leadership, make her a well-rounded nutrition and wellness coaching partner.
Amy will work with you one-on-one to help guide you through your wellness journey by facilitating a change process through visioning, goal setting, and accountability, which can lead to sustainable behavioral change. She encourages autonomy while guiding clients on a path that will exceed their expectations and promote pride in their achievements.
Amy is fascinated by the mind-body-spirit connection and the integrative approach to wellness, on both a personal and professional level. She loves helping others find a healthy and sustainable relationship with food, activity, and self-care. She embraces evidence-based competencies, skills, and tools grounded in established therapies from well-respected theories rooted in the psychology of change and well-being.
Amy has a Master of Science in psychology with an emphasis on health from Grand Canyon University (GCU), a Bachelor of Science in nutrition with a concentration in health promotion from the University of Saint Francis (USF), and a Graduate Certificate of Completion in Life Coaching, from Grand Canyon University.
